Yes. Every villa has its own private entrance and is exclusively yours throughout your stay, including the swimming pool and outdoor areas. The villas are thoughtfully positioned to ensure complete privacy, so you won't be overlooked by neighbouring villas or from outside. If you'd prefer uninterrupted privacy without housekeeping during your stay, simply let us know in advance and we'll be happy to arrange it.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you're arriving early or leaving later, let us know and we'll always do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
Whenever possible, we're happy to offer early check-in or late check-out. As this depends on whether we have guests arriving before or after your stay, we can only confirm availability the day before your arrival or departure. Just let us know your preferred time, and we'll always do our best to accommodate your request.
Yes. A freshly prepared breakfast is included every morning and served privately at your villa. We offer a breakfast menu with a variety of Western and Sri Lankan dishes, including vegetarian, vegan and meat options. The day before, our villa manager will get in touch via WhatsApp so you can choose your preferred breakfast and the time you'd like it to be served.
We don't have a restaurant on site, but our private in-house chef is available on request. Choose from our à la carte menu featuring a selection of freshly prepared Western and Sri Lankan dishes, which can be enjoyed in the privacy of your villa whenever you like.
Madiha Beach is just a short walk from Amare Villas. Polhena Beach can be reached in around 5 minutes by scooter or tuk-tuk, while the beautiful beaches of Mirissa are only a 10–15 minute drive away.
Yes. While we don't have a private parking lot, free parking is available directly in front of the property along the quiet street.
You can pay for your stay either in cash (Sri Lankan Rupees or US dollars) or by card, which incurs a 3% processing fee.
Yes. We're happy to arrange private airport transfers as well as transportation throughout Sri Lanka. Simply get in touch with us for pricing, and we'll take care of the rest.
Yes. We're happy to arrange surf lessons for all experience levels with trusted local surf instructors. Whether it's your very first lesson or you're looking to improve your technique, we'll help you find the right instructor and the best waves for your level.
Yes. Baby cots are available free of charge. Please let us know before your arrival so we can have everything prepared for you.

No, we don't serve halal-certified meat. However, our menu offers a wide variety of vegetarian dishes as well as fresh seafood options, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy.

No, floating breakfasts are available at an additional cost and can be arranged with at least one day's notice.

Yes. During the high season (November to April), a minimum stay of two nights applies. During the off-season (May to October), you're welcome to stay for just one night.
